Mix and Match

The food at Mix and Match appears simple.

This dish is what they call CHICKEN GLAZE the dish tasted like a little bit spicy and a little bit sweet we really like the combination of its flavor because its different from the others. The recipe of the dish is rare because some of the chicken recipes are more on sweetness flavor. BREADED CHICKEN- This dish has a sweet and sour flavor. It is sweet because of the sauce that is poured to it and a little bit sour and they also put some cucumber. We like the thing that is not too much sweet and combined with sour flavor. We enjoyed tasting this dish and we are getting forward to but and taste it again. The dish FRIED CHICKEN is normal for us some of us always eat this dish a chicken with no sauce and less flavor some of the kids/child really want fried chicken specially when the sauce that they are putting is ketchup but we like the thing that they combined it with cucumber and fries so that the dish don’t look so bored and what we really like is the rice that they use or put is java rice unlike the plain rice.The shop is both clean and tidy despite having limited space and more customers than can fit inside at one time and all the staff members there greeted my companions and me with smiles as warm as the dishes they serve there. I would thoroughly recommend mix and match to anyone with a sweet tooth and chicken lovers. I know I’ll certainly be returning soon.
